Elliptical Lozenge Loose ring snaffle - Bomber Bits

This Lozenge Snaffle Loose ring from Bombers Bits has a 45mm lozenge, which is designed to help the horse to mouth the bit and comfortably relax his jaw. The double joints remove the nutcracker action, as the bit stays in a curved shape, following the contours of the horse's mouth. Therefore the bar and palette pressure associated with single-jointed bits is removed.

The blue sweet iron mouthpiece oxidises easily, warming up and creating a sweet taste. This encourages the horse to salivate and gently mouth the bit, accepting and softening to the contact.

Please note that the blue will fade with use.
