Return Policy - Mascheroni Selleria

Mascheroni shall ensure the complete satisfaction of his customer by offering the opportunity to return one or more items and receive a refund equal to the expenditure.

You can ask for the exchange or return within 14 days of delivery (D.Lgs N. 206 del 2005).

TERMS OF RETURN

Please follow these instruction:

A) - All products have to be intact and never used.
B) - You have to return products in optimal conditions, as well as they have been sent.
C) - All labels have to be intact.
D) - If the customer wishes to make a change, he have to log back in order on our website.
E) - We won't accept underwear's returns.

RETURN PROCESS

A) - To request a return authorization you have to send us an e-mail within 14 days of receipt of products. We will respond by giving you all the information you need.

B) - Please send your package to the folowing address: Mascheroni Selleria - Via Piola 15, 20833 - Giussano (MB).

The customer will receive an email confirming the acceptance of the return. The refund will be made on the payment method used for the purchase.

In the event that we send our courier for pickup:
Italy: 25 euros
Other Countries: the cost will be equal to the initial shipment.

These costs are deducted from the refund, after checking that the product is intact, with the original card of purchase and has not been used.

CHANGE PROCESS

A) - To request a change authorization you have to send us an e-mail within 14 days of receipt of products. We will respond by giving you all the information you need.

The customer will receive an email confirming the acceptance of the change.

In the event that we send our courier for pickup:
Italy: 12 euros
Other Countries: the cost will be equal to the initial shipment.

These costs will be requested as additional payment by credit card, paypal or bank transfer, after checking that the product is intact, with the original card of purchase and has not been used.

Mascheroni is not responsible for any loss or damage during the return of the item. The articles must be returned complete with original packaging.

CONDITIONS OF RETURN

For the return of the purchased items it is necessary to respect precise conditions:
Returned items must not have been worn, washed, ironed or treated in any way.
The garments must necessarily be returned in the same conditions in which they were shipped and must be packaged and packaged appropriately.
All the labels on the garment, both in fabric and hanging, must be intact and must not have been removed from the article.
If you wish to make a change of size, color or item, you must submit the return procedure and place a new order on the website.
Underwear and swimwear cannot be returned and / or replaced.
In the event of failure to comply with any of the above conditions, Mascheroni reserves the right not to accept the returned goods and to return them to the customer at the latter's expense.
