With its fixed upper rings for attachment to the upright, it offers a slightly elevating effect and greater stability in the horse's mouth. Rinse thoroughly after every use and check the coating regularly. Choose the correct size for the horse, leaving roughly 5–10 mm on each side; fit with suitable cheekpieces and curb chain in the case of a Pelham. Store away from heat and UV light.
