For customers in Italy, we offer free express shipping via TNT on orders over €150.
For orders below €150, express shipping is available at a flat rate of €20.

European Union Countries:
For customers within the European Union, we offer express shipping via DHL at a flat rate of €45.
Taxes and duties are always included in the final price.

United Kingdom:
For customers in the United Kingdom, we offer express shipping via DHL at a flat rate of €45.
Taxes and duties are always included in the final price.

Americas (United States, Canada, Colombia, Dominican Republic, Mexico, Peru, Uruguay)
(Excluding Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska):
For customers in North America, we offer express shipping via DHL at a flat rate of €100.
Taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and Alaska:
Express shipping via DHL at a flat rate of €150.
Taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Asia:
Express shipping via DHL at a flat rate of €200.

Africa:
Express shipping via DHL at a flat rate of €200.

Express shipping via DHL at a flat rate of €200.

Return Policy

We understand that finding the perfect size or style can sometimes be challenging. Mascheroni Selleria is committed to making the return process as simple as possible. Here are the details:

Return Label & Instructions:
Contact our Customer Care team to register your return and receive the return label to attach to your package.

Right of Withdrawal:
In accordance with Article 52 of the Italian Consumer Code, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product.
To exercise this right, please send an email via the Mascheroni Selleria Help page.

Return Conditions:
Returned items must be in their original condition, with all tags and labels intact.
Any damage, alterations, or missing parts may result in deductions from the refund.

Return Costs:
A fee to cover shipping costs will be deducted from your refund, depending on your location:

  • European Union – €20

  • Switzerland – €50

  • United Kingdom – €50

  • Americas – €100

  • Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska – €150

  • Asia – €200

  • Africa – €200

  • Australia – €200

Refund Timeframe:
Once the returned products have been received, we will process your refund within 14 days.

Product Exchange:
To exchange one or more items, please contact our Customer Care team at selleria@mascheroniselleria.com, specifying your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and the new item desired. Once we receive the returned product, we will proceed with shipping the replacement.

The cost of exchange is €12 for Italy. For other countries, the cost (equal to the original shipping fee) will be fully borne by the customer.
