For customers within Italy, we offer free express shipping via TNT for orders over €150.
For orders under €150, express shipping at a flat rate of €20.

European Union countries:

For customers within the European Union, we offer an express shipping service via DHL at a flat rate of €45.
Taxes and duties are always included in the final price.

United Kingdom:

For customers in the UK we offer an express shipping service via DHL at a flat rate of €50.
Taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer.

America (United States, Canada, Colombia, Dominican Republic, Mexico, Peru, Uruguay)

(Excluding Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska):

For customers in North America We offer an express shipping service via DHL at a flat rate of €100.
Taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and Alaska:

Shipping via DHL at a flat rate of €150.
Taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Asia:

Shipping via DHL at a flat rate of €200.
Taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Africa:

Shipping via DHL at a flat rate of €200.
Taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Australia and New Zealand:

Shipping via DHL at a flat rate of €200.
Taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Policy

We know that sometimes finding the perfect size or style can be difficult. Mascheroni Selleria is committed to making the return process as easy as possible. Here are the details.

Return Label and Instructions:

Contact our customer service to register your return and receive the label to attach to the package.

Right of Withdrawal:

Pursuant to Article 52 of the Consumer Code, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product.
To exercise this right, send an email to the Mascheroni Selleria Help page.

Return Conditions:

Returned products must be in original condition, with labels and tags intact.
Any damage, alterations or shortages may result in deductions from your refund.

Return Costs:

A sum will be deducted from your refund to cover shipping costs, based on the destination:

European Union – €20
Switzerland – €50
United Kingdom – €50
America – €100
Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska – €150
Asia – €200
Africa – €200
Australia – €200

Refund Times:

Once we receive the returned products, we will process the refund within 14 days.

Product Change:

To exchange one or more items, contact our customer service team at selleria@mascheroniselleria.com , specifying your order number, the product you wish to exchange, and the new item you require. As soon as we receive the returned product, we will ship the replacement.

The exchange fee is €12 for Italy. For other countries, the cost (equal to the initial shipping cost) will be borne entirely by the customer.
