"Discard and Win" COMPETITION RULES
Competition promoter
Mascheroni S.r.l., with registered office in via A.T. Trivulzio n. 1, 20146 Milan, VAT number 02905630964 and operational headquarters at Mascheroni Selleria, located in Via Gabrio Piola n. 15, 20833 Giussano MB.
TYPE
Competition with prizes intended for final consumers, with immediate discovery of prize winnings
to “Gift Cards/Buoni Spesa” up for grabs.
Purpose and execution
This prize event is promoted for the purpose of encouraging the purchase of equestrian equipment and clothing.
Winning occurs following the random discovery of "Gift Cards/Buoni Spesa" randomly distributed inside the packs of Mascheroni-branded chocolate bars, which can be purchased at the points/sales channels described below within the established time limits.
The prize event will take place in the following time frames:
- from 19 November 2022 to 23 November 2022 pre-communication campaign
- from 24 November 2022 to 31 January 2023 period of participation through the website www.mascheroniselleria.com and/or through the appropriate banner published on the Mascheroni Selleria blog https://www.mascheroniselleria.com/it/news/
The purchases of the "Products covered by the initiative" made by:
• in the physical points of sale and on the e-commerce sites of the sales organizations present in the area
Italian and in the Republic of San Marino, which sell, in whole or in part, the items indicated
in the paragraph "PRODUCTS SUBJECT TO THE INITIATIVE" and which advertise this event
on their media;
• on the Mascheroni Selleria e-commerce site: www.mascheroniselleria.com
on Instagram @mascheroniselleria and on the Mascheroni Selleria Giussano Facebook page.
For the purposes of participation, purchases made with a receipt in the participating physical sales points of Mascheroni Selleria Giussano MB, Mascheroni Selleria Gorla Minore VA, Mascheroni Selleria Ornago MB, and those made on the e-commerce sites of the website www.mascheroniselleria.com, within the established time limits.
RECIPIENTS
This prize competition is intended for private end consumers (natural persons) of age on the date of participation, resident or domiciled in Italy or in the Republic of San Marino, or EEC countries, who, from 21 November 2022 to 31 January 2023, will carry out the purchase of items indicated in the paragraph "Products covered by the initiative" in physical stores or on the e-commerce site www.mascheroniselleria.com
Minors, legal persons who are excluded, and therefore cannot participate in the initiative
purchase the "Products covered by the initiative" with a VAT number in the exercise of their own
professional activity, the directors, partners, employees and collaborators of the Promoter as well as the employees/collaborators of the Delegated Subject and of all the subjects involved in the organization and management of this prize competition, resellers, wholesalers and retailers.
Purchases of Mascheroni Selleria branded chocolate bars in the following table give the right to participate in this prize event, in the terms indicated in these regulations:

If at the end of the period prizes are not assigned or not requested, they will be donated to the Grande Ale ONLUS Fondazione Alessandro Maria Zancan ONLUS Via Antonio Banfi, 3 20122 – Milan.
In the event that the winners refuse the prizes, they will return to the availability of the Promoter.
MECHANICS
All final consumers who, from 21 November 2022 to 31 January 2023, will carry out
physical sales or on the e-commerce site www.mascheroniselleria.com with a single deed of purchase the purchase of any number of packs of the "Products covered by the initiative" chosen while stocks last and they will keep the purchase document (and possibly the EAN codes of the "Products covered by the initiative" purchased), from 21 November 2022 to 31 January 2023 they will be able to participate in this prize competition with immediate discovery of the winning prizes by means of a discount voucher.
Lucky Ticket, Bronze Ticket, Silver Ticket and Golden Ticket are the Gift Cards/Discount Coupons randomly present in the packs.
To participate in the prize event, end consumers must keep the original of the discount voucher found randomly in the package (and possibly the EAN codes of the "Products covered by the initiative" purchased) by presenting it when collecting the prize.
